Noah entered the University of North Georgia convinced that he was going to be an accountant – and why not? Numbers make sense to him, and he enjoys making them work for other people. But the more he learned and the more he grew in his studies, Noah learned that there was another career path that was tailor made for his future: financial planner.

A self-proclaimed extrovert, Noah was already intensely interested in investing, and financial planning allows him to marry his personality with his commitment to smart planning for the betterment of other people. A winner of UNG’s President’s Volunteer Service award during his time as a student, helping others drives Noah. And now he is driven to help the staff of SGL Wealth Management in pursuit of their clients’ financial and life goals – all while learning every aspect of the business.

As associate, Noah works closely with each advisor, learning and supporting as he gains valuable experience for the future. And, after graduating UNG two years early with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, he approaches every day at SGL with the same commitment to succeed that has marked his life so far. Since joining in June of 2022, Noah has finished his Securities Industry Essentials exam and is now beginning pursuit of his Series 7 certification. He is also targeting an MBA and CFP accreditation.

A Buford native, Noah is engaged and enjoys spending time with his fiancé, Sarah, sipping espresso, playing golf, exercising, and hiking the mountains of north Georgia. During his time as a university student, he was a crew member of the Good News Club at Harmony Elementary School and a member of Beta Alpha Psi international honor society for accounting, finance, and information systems. He also worked as a crew leader and manager of a landscape firm. Capable and aways eager to learn, Noah is excited about the future, and is putting that determination to work for SGL and its clients.
