It is Amy’s passion and focus that financial planning can begin through employer’s retirement plans and worksite benefits.  She has committed herself to helping businesses create optimal retirement plans for their employees. Resulting in employers with financially confident employees who understand what their path to retirement looks like.

Amy brought this zeal for serving business owners to Strong, Gaddy, Lee Wealth Management. And she has created a unique niche by solely focusing on aiding business owners to produce top quality retirement plans that maximize tax savings for the business owner — while also keeping the employee and their financial education at the center of her focus. In her work, Amy helps companies to create plans that encourage healthy financial choices and then works hard to make sure the employees understand these choices.  

Amy does this by aiding Plan Sponsors to create the most efficient Retirement Plan for their employees. She also strives to enhance the Retirement Plan experience for both employer and participants.

A native to the Atlanta area, Amy obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Reinhardt University in 2000.  During college she began her career in the financial services industry, serving as a Wire Operator and a Registered Client Service Associate at J.C. Bradford/PaineWebber and Merrill Lynch. Most recently, Amy worked as a Retirement Account Executive at Arista Consulting Group where she led a TPA Administration Team and worked with Plan Sponsors in the Public-School Sector to administer their Retirement Plan. And she has experience creating retirement plans for employees across the southeast, having aided businesses across Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee.

With over 12 years of financial services experience, Amy holds her Series 7 with LPL Financial and her Series 63 and 65 with IFG Advisory, LLC and has obtained her Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF) Designation from Fi360.

Amy and her husband Matt live in Cumming, Georgia and have four teenage children: Davis, Drew, Alleigh and Avery.  She and her family are members of Midway Community Church where Amy enjoys serving on the Worship Team.  Amy finds joy in spending time with her three dogs and family, watching sunsets and running.
